What we sell
PushButton.si researches a business and sells it a finished, fixed piece of work, for example a list of 25 publications, newsletters, podcasts, communities or deal sites that could put the business in front of buyers, with evidence, contact routes and suggested pitch angles. Some orders also include written pitch emails. Each offer page says exactly what is included and what is not.
Free sample, then a one-time price
Every offer shows some results free before you buy. The price is shown on the offer page and charged once, through Stripe. There is no subscription.
What we don't promise
We don't guarantee that anyone will feature, review, sponsor, reply to or buy from you. Any numbers you enter in the napkin math are your own estimates, not our forecast. We hand you the places most likely to say yes; the results depend on them and on you.
Replacements and refunds
If a result doesn't meet the criteria listed on your offer page, mark it Reject with a reason on your results page. We replace it with another qualified result when we have one; if we don't, we owe you one and will deliver it or refund that share of the price. If something is badly wrong with your order, email hello@pushbutton.si within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right or refund you.
You send your own outreach
We never contact anyone on your behalf. If you use our results or pitch drafts to email people, you send those messages yourself and you're responsible for following the rules that apply to you, such as anti-spam and privacy laws, and each outlet's own submission rules. Read every draft before you send it.
What you can do with the work
Once paid, the results and pitches are yours to use for your own business. Please don't resell them as a list. The contact details in them are public business contacts (submission forms, contact pages, role addresses like tips@ or press@); we don't include personal email addresses.
Accuracy
We check every result against the outlet's own public pages, quote that evidence, and show the link. Websites change, so details can go out of date. Check before you rely on them.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and the version in effect when you bought applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia.
